Your Role as Concierge/Receptionist
As our Concierge/Receptionist, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that greets our residents and visitors. This role requires a blend of customer service excellence, attention to detail, and multitasking skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:- Warmly greet and direct patients, visitors, and team members upon arrival
- Manage multiple phone lines, answering calls promptly and professionally
- Check-in patients, verifying and updating their information in our system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with various administrative tasks
- Provide general information about our community and services
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- One-year of experience as administrative support preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or healthcare reception
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional multitasking skills without compromising on accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service
