• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous experience in activities coordination, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting
• Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
• Creativity and enthusiasm in developing and leading activities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt activities to various physical and cognitive abilities
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient computer skills and activity planning software

Salary range: Based on experience, with final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.
