- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous experience in activities coordination, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Creativity and enthusiasm in developing and leading activities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt activities to various physical and cognitive abilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer skills and activity planning software
