What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver - The Village at Rockville position at National Lutheran Communities & Services?
We are currently hiring Drivers to join the Village at Rockville team. This role has a high level of resident interaction and daily positive impact. Drivers mainly transport our residents in a safe and professional manner to all officially assigned destinations, appointments, and shopping trips as scheduled. This will also include keeping up vehicle maintenance, cleanliness and restocking supplies as needed.
The salary range is $17.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience.
We have a PRN or as needed opportunity and a part time opportunity. The part time is from 9am-2pm weekdays with some weekends needed.
This person must have good interpersonal skills; be patient, tactful and display an enthusiastic, cooperative, and friendly demeanor at all times. You will also need a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. If you have a commercial passenger bus license, great, but it is not required. Please bring a team player mentality and excellent customer service spirit and we will help train you on the rest!
