We have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist. This opportunity is PRN or As' Needed.
You will be responsible for helping our residents in our Assisted Living, Assisted Living Memory Care, Long-Term care, Skilled Nursing, and Independent Living (Outpatient) neighborhoods maintain and enhance their independence and quality of life. You will assess and treat physical and cognitive impairments through therapeutic interventions that enable seniors to perform daily activities with greater ease and confidence. This position requires a compassionate, patient-focused approach and a dedication to improving the functional abilities of elderly residents

Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in geriatric care or a senior living setting is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by the elderly population
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and educate patients and families
- Proficiency in documentation and patient management software
