Hiring Specialist
Shift available: Monday-Friday 9am-3pm
National Management Resources has provided facilities management services for over 40 years. We work in educational settings, including K-12 facilities, boarding schools, colleges, and universities all over the country. We offer competitive wages.
We are looking for a Part-time Hiring Specialist to work in our home office’s support services to coordinate our company hiring process.
Hiring Specialist Benefits:

Hiring Specialist Responsibilities:
- Coordinates Background checks and Drug Screens for a multi-state employer
- Coordinates all documents for new- hire process
- Enters employee information in company HR system.
- Works closely with the Payroll Specialist to ensure correct employee information for payroll.
- Manages I9 and E-Verify documents.
- Gatekeeper for Employee Files
- Provides positive and timely communication via phone and email.
- Provides candidate updates to multiple work locations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Hiring Specialist Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Hiring Specialist Experience:
- 2 years Human Resources experience preferred.
Passing a Drug Screening and Background Check is required for employment.
