Maintenance Technician
Shift available: Monday-Friday 8-4:30

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs to buildings, facilities, and equipment.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain buildings.
- Complete set-ups and tear down for scheduled campus activities.
- Perform general maintenance using basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry, appliance repair, and electrical wiring.
- Operate and maintain tools used in the maintenance and repair of building facilities.
- Conduct HVAC inspections and change filters as needed.
- Perform on call duties as needed/assigned.
- Ensure environment is safe and working properly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Have a valid driver's license
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Work from ladders
- Climb stairs
- Stand or walk for long periods of time.
- Stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
- Work in an outdoor environment, with exposure to inclement weather and varying temperatures.
Minimum Work Experience:
- 3 years’ experience in general maintenance
- 3 years’ experience in one or more building trades
Passing a Drug Screening and Background Check is required for employment.
