Who Are We Looking For?

The President and Chief Executive Officer will develop and recommend plans, policies and strategies for the organization in accordance with the policies of the Board of Directors. This individual will possess strong leadership skills and be responsible for the overall operation of the organization, including the strategic plan, budget and finance, the education platform, development team, human resources, marketing, and must have a proven track record of driving a metrics-based approach to fundraising. The President and Chief Executive Officer will be the primary individual responsible for fundraising.
