The management of each department is responsible for the department's continuous, effective operation and for the continuous improvement of its activities. This is a director position.

Responsibilities :

• Competent to manage the administration of care of patients with consideration to age; utilizes / promotes the approved process to resolve biophysical, psychological, educational and environmental needs of the patient and / or significant other when administering and / or directing care.
• Written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal competence, negotiation and confrontation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.
