Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Verify insurance and collect copays/payments
- Answer and direct phone calls with excellent customer service
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience (medical office preferred)
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Typing
- Bilingual (preferred but not required)
