Call Center Representative
Location: Remote- Training will be on-site office in Corpus Christi
Candidate must reside in the Corpus Christi area.
Purpose & Scope
As a Call Center Representative, you will be clients' first point of contact, making professionalism and excellent customer service essential. This role requires handling high call volumes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong business relationships with clients.
- Ensure compliance and effectively communicate policies to clients and team members.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, including speaking with physicians and clients.
- Accurately enter patient data into company systems.
- Maintain phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Utilize and navigate various computer systems, including Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Stay self-motivated, taking the initiative to learn new roles and responsibilities.
- Follow HIPAA compliance guidelines when handling patient information.
- Meet call center performance metrics (calls per hour, orders submitted per hour).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1-2 years of "call center" experience. Required
- Technical Skills:
- Basic proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work with multiple computer systems.
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Communication & Customer Service:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex or emotional customer interactions professionally.
- Multilingual candidates are a plus.
- Other Skills:
- Ability to analyze and interpret medical documents.
- Medical experience in a "call center" setting- preferred.
- Basic mathematical comprehension.
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Remote but will have to train in-office for one month, depending on training.
- Standard business hours with the potential for additional hours based on company needs. Possibly day to evenings and rotating weekends.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for long periods while handling calls.
- Frequent use of hands for typing and phone operation.
- Occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
