POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Business Optimization Digital Specialist is responsible for optimizing and maintaining data integrity within the Salesforce CRM platform, enhancing email campaign strategies, and leveraging technology to improve process efficiency. The role will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to provide insightful reports and dashboards that support account management.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Increase contacts in Salesforce database, utilizing multiple platforms and focusing on key sales accounts.
- Implement data quality protocol to maintain data integrity and improve email deliverability.
- Build, analyze, and optimize email marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement rates.
- Prepare and process digital mailing VoC requests through Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), including scheduling and mailing lists.
- Leverage A/B testing and email segmentation strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Report on email performance (bounce-backs rates, open rates, click-through rates).
- Produce Salesforce dashboards to assist Sales team with account management and create advanced reporting using multiple platforms.
- Monitor AI trends to improve customer engagement and deliverability.
- Collaborate with the Risk Operations team to ensure customer account information is up to date throughout the Mergers, Acquisitions, and Closures (MAC) process. In conjunction with DRO, manage case progress and timely case resolutions.
- Accurately prepare Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Policy applications and complete CRM system setup.
- Collaborate with team members to develop engaging and informative monthly training videos.
- Manage and regularly update department SharePoint site.
- Provide backup support for the customer compliance due diligence, ensuring thorough documentation and accuracy.
- Provide ad hoc project assistance, as needed.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s degree in business, a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of business support and reporting.
- Strong technological acumen with the ability to quickly learn, adapt, and implement new tools and systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, to including complex multi-spreadsheet, macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, and advanced formulas.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with automation and A.I. driven tools, such as A.I. Assessment Management System or equivalent.
- Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM system.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other business applications.
- Comfortable with WordPress and basic website management.
- Proactive problem solver with strong business acumen and the ability to think on your feet.
- Project management experience preferred with the ability to lead and drive initiatives to completion.
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reporting, process execution, and documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Self-starter, with the ability to work independently.
- Works ethically and with integrity supporting organizational goals and values.
- Maintains confidentiality of information and uses information appropriately.
Base Salary Range: $56,700 - $74,000/year
