Job Title : Loan Processor - Non-QM & Real Estate Investment Loans
Location : Coral Gables, FL (In-office for the first 6 months, potential hybrid opportunity thereafter)

Our client is innovative start-up private money lending firm based in Coral Gables, specializing in Non-QM (Non-Qualified Mortgage) loans and real estate investment loans.
Job Overview :
The Loan Processor will be responsible for processing and managing the documentation for Non-QM and real estate investment loans. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in loan processing, with a specific focus on Non-QM loan products and real estate investment transactions. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review loan applications and ensure all necessary documentation is collected and accurate.
- Process Non-QM loans, including review of credit reports, income documents, appraisals, title reports, and other pertinent paperwork.
- Coordinate with borrowers, brokers, underwriters, and other parties to gather missing or additional documentation.
- Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to resolve any issues and provide updates on loan status.
- Prepare files for underwriting and ensure a smooth transition to closing.
- Maintain accurate records of loan progress and document all communications within the system.
- Handle multiple loan files at different stages in the processing pipeline.
- Provide administrative support as needed and assist with other duties within the office.
