Job Overview:
The Mortgage Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract borrowers, support loan officers, and strengthen relationships with referral partners. Key Responsibilities:
Mortgage Lead Generation & Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate high-quality mortgage leads for purchase and refinance loans.
- Manage Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and other paid media to increase brand awareness and lead conversion.
- Optimize SEO, landing pages, and content marketing to drive organic traffic and improve borrower engagement.
- Leverage email marketing, drip campaigns, and CRM strategies to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
Loan Officer & Referral Partner Marketing Support:
- Create and manage marketing resources for loan officers, including flyers, email templates, co-branded materials, and social media content.
- Work with realtors, builders, financial advisors, and referral partners to develop co-branded marketing initiatives and strengthen business relationships.
- Organize and promote homebuyer seminars, agent training, and networking events to increase brand presence and referral opportunities.
- Implement personalized marketing strategies to support loan officers in increasing their production.
Content & Brand Development:
- Develop engaging content for blog posts, newsletters, social media, and video marketing to educate homebuyers and drive traffic.
- Manage company branding and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms, including the website, email marketing, and print materials.
- Craft compelling customer testimonials and success stories to build credibility and trust with potential borrowers.
Marketing Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (lead conversion, cost per acquisition, ROI).
- Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Encompass, Total Expert, or other mortgage CRM platforms to optimize marketing efforts.
- Adjust strategies based on data insights to maximize lead quality and overall business impact.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3 years of mortgage marketing experience or a strong background in marketing for lenders, brokers, or financial services.
- Knowledge of loan products, mortgage processes, and industry regulations.
- Proven expertise in lead generation, digital marketing, and social media strategies.
- Experience managing CRM platforms (Total Expert, Salesforce, Jungo, etc.) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong ability to create high-converting marketing content tailored to homebuyers and referral partners.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
