The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and financial record-keeping, with proficiency in Yardi software. This is an in-office role requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure the efficient management of properties and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day property operations, including tenant communications, lease administration, and maintenance requests.
- Maintain accurate financial records for the properties, including rent collections, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
- Utilize Yardi software to manage property financials, tenant information, and reporting.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and reports for property owners.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors.
