Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 Base Salary

Position Overview:
In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities while also evaluating and underwriting commercial real estate loans. This role requires a blend of leadership, operational efficiency, and financial acumen to support and drive our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:
  • Oversee and streamline day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Manage and support team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
• Commercial Real Estate Underwriting:
  • Analyze and underwrite commercial real estate loan applications.
  • Assess the creditworthiness and financial stability of applicants.
  • Conduct thorough market research and property evaluations.
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for loan approvals.
  • Collaborate with brokers, borrower Clients, and internal teams to facilitate the underwriting process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management and commercial real estate underwriting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and underwriting software.
