Key Responsibilities:
- Loan Origination: Assist in the loan origination process by evaluating applications, gathering necessary documentation, and providing borrowers with loan options.
- Loan Processing: Oversee the loan processing workflow, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Borrowers Interaction: Conduct consultations with borrowers via Zoom and phone, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the loan process.
- Lead Management: Utilize and manage leads provided by the company to generate business opportunities and enhance borrowers relationships.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all loan documentation is properly managed and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
- Sales Support: While training will be provided, demonstrate a willingness to develop sales skills and contribute to the growth of the loan portfolio.
- Collaboration: Work closely with loan officers and other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient loan process.
Qualifications:

Active NMLS License: Must possess a current and valid NMLS license in one of the following states: CA, FL, TX, VA, GA, TN, DC, WA, CO, ID, WY, AL
- Strong Processing Background: Proven experience in loan processing, with a thorough understanding of mortgage products, underwriting processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Sales Potential: Willingness to learn and develop sales techniques; training will be provided.
- Excellent Communication: Superior phone and written communication skills for effective borrowers interaction and team collaboration.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using digital communication tools such as Zoom and various loan processing software. Must have high speed internet
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently in a remote work setting.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing loan documentation and processing.
Salary 55k plus bonus
