Responsibilities of the Operations Manager
- Handle day to day operations for small mortgage broker.
- Including Processing, disclosure, Closing, pre-Underwriting and compliance.
Requirements of the Operations Manager
- Must have experience in all areas of the Mortgage Industry
- Proven ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
- Demonstrated aptitude to drive production to achieve ambitious results.
- Established ability to identify and develop associates with leadership or other skills for succession planning.
First 6 months of the position will be paid on a 1099.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
