POSITION SUMMARY
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is hands on with in house construction projects to maintain and update commercial buildings in a manufacturing environment. HVAC, plumbing, framing, electrical, masonry, drywall etc. experience recommended.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education :
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience :
3 plus years of experience in maintenance or construction.
Specific Experience :
HVAC, plumbing, framing, electrical, masonry, drywall etc.
Other Requirements :
30 hour OSHA Construction Course completed within 6 months of employment.
