POSITION SUMMARY- Involves a lot of sitting
The Pusher Operator is responsible for the safe and proper operation of the pusher machine, while also ensuring overall quality of the brush and cap. Also, inspection of caps and maintaining a clean work area.
In this department, the employees work with the smaller applicators and plastic caps. Team environment!

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- At the start of each shift, check order and make sure all needed materials are in place.
- Add brushes to machine as needed.
- Scoop caps into feeder as needed.
- Periodically check the quality of the cap and brush, ensuring that they meet company standards.
- Remove cap jams in track as needed.
- Sweep area and clean at the end of each shift.
- Other misc. duties as assigned.
