Definition:
Acts as the point of contact between the company and the clients/customer. The main responsibilities of a Client Account Coordinator are often answering any questions a client has, helping to establish or renew contracts, and updating clients on any new products or company programs.
Generally, works with the sales team and helps to ensure the company’s clients are satisfied with the products and services they’ve received. A Client Account Coordinator is responsible for inputting any data into a CRM system that pertains to communications with the clients. Client Account Coordinators can either visit clients in-person or manage an account remotely from company office. Ultimately the role of a Client Account Coordinator is to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
Job Description:
Client Account Coordinator’s role is to maintain client accounts, ensuring the establishment or renewal of contracts with municipal courts and adult/juvenile probation departments; promoting sales of new or revised online court ordered intervention program products. Our online educational classes for courts include: anger management, drug and alcohol awareness, theft/shoplifting intervention, life skills, parenting classes, etc. Will be required to travel to scheduled conferences to promote company products. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Job Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma – College Degree preferred but not required.
Skills: Proficient in MicroSoft Office, email communications, virtual/remote meetings. Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, attention to detail.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Quick Thinker: Ability to rapidly process information, adapt to new situations, and quickly make decisions.
Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer needs and building and maintaining client relationships.
Business Development: Exploring new business opportunities and partnerships. Suggesting ideas on expanding the company’s presence in existing and new markets. Identifying areas for improvement. Keeping up with industry developments and competitor activities.
Reporting: Preparing client account reports for senior management.
Travel: Occasional Travel to industry related conferences to promote company products as a vendor.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
