Hi – I’m Ben, CEO of Foothills Painting and Co-Founder of The Fulfillment Fund. I’m an entrepreneur running a portfolio of fast-growing businesses, but the most exciting thing happening in my life right now? My wife Tara and I are welcoming our first child in June.
I’m looking for someone exceptional – a Part-Time House Helper– who can help create a calm, organized, and joy-filled environment for our family during this beautiful and busy transition. This role is highly personal, deeply trusted, and critical to helping our home and lives run smoothly as we grow.
This role is part-time, in-person, and paid hourly. Ideally, you’d come by 2–3 days a week, though we’re flexible on exact times and days. We’re also happy to provide all cleaning supplies — we use natural and organic products, so attention to those preferences is appreciated.

About the Role
You will manage a wide variety of personal and household responsibilities, including:
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day household operations and schedules
- Maintain household organization, tidiness, and restocking of supplies
- Dishes and kitchen tidying
- Laundry: washing, folding, and organizing
- General cleaning (dusting, bathrooms, floors, etc.)
- Occasional light meal prep or simple cooking
- Keeping the home calm, clean, and flowing
Preferred Qualifications
- CPR and Infant First Aid certified (required or willing to obtain before June)
- 3 years experience in a home management/cleaning, personal assistant, or another hospitality role
- Experience working with families, newborns, or postpartum care is a major plus
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, apps for scheduling, shopping, etc.)
- Comfortable with occasional travel or overnights if needed
- Strong references and background check required
- Calm, intuitive, respectful, and clear communicator
