How you’ll contribute
As a Front Desk Representative, you will provide superior customer service to both patients and other staff members.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that all necessary demographic, billing, and clinical information is obtained and entered in the registration system with timeliness and accuracy
- Greeting patients and handling check-in/check-out process
- Collecting patient payments
- Verifying patient demographic and insurance information, updating as needed
- Other duties as required

Qualifications and requirements
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Additional skills include:
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively and courteously handle patient and family interactions with other staff.
- Technology proficiency: familiarity with the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Organized and detail-oriented
