Position Summary:
Assesses, and plans interventions to help patients cope with social, emotional, economic, and environmental problems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Masters preferred
- Board Certified Social Worker, or related field (i.e. counseling) in the state (CSW, LPCA, LCSW) within six (6) months of hire
- Handle With Care within 30 days of hire
