Warehouse Worker

Job Summary
NPW is seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years' warehouse experience and play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations. This position involves various tasks including order fulfillment, loading and unloading shipments, and operating warehouse equipment. A strong emphasis on safety and teamwork is essential to succeed in this role.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Pull orders by identifying part numbers that are numeric and alpha numeric.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Process and invoice purchase orders
• Maintain warehouse organization to avoid product error and safety mishaps.
• Receive and stock products in appropriate zones and locations.
• Perform regular inspections on warehouse equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Typical job positions include Bulk Zone, Picker, Packer, and Stocker
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while meeting time-sensitive deadlines.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Work independently with little to no supervision.
• Additional duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager.
• Ability to understand and carry-out directions from supervisor
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Physical Requirements

• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to twenty (20) pounds unassisted.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds unassisted.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to read, talk, and hear.
• While performing this duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend at waist and knees, use hands and reach with arms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
