- Project Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of renewable energy construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Team Leadership:Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and site personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Budget Management:Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle
- Compliance:Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards
- Communication:Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, providing regular updates on project progress
- Risk Management:Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines, budgets, and quality, implementing proactive solutions to address challenges
- Quality Assurance:Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure all construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and project specifications
- Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on renewable energy projects
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Mobility:Ability to move around construction sites, including walking on uneven terrain, climbing ladders, and working at heights
- Strength:Capability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Endurance:Stamina to work long hours, including standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods
- Dexterity:Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Vision:Adequate visual acuity to read blueprints, plans, and perform detailed inspections
- Hearing:Ability to hear and understand verbal instructions and warnings in a noisy construction environment
- Weather Tolerance:Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and inclement weather
- Completion of OSHA 30 safety training
- Certification in First Aid and CPR
- Training in the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Knowledge of and adherence to site-specific safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen and MVR required
- This is a remote position requiring travel
