Cambridge Court Apartments is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our 180 unit apartment community. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills that include posting rents, collections, assisting with monthly financial reports and banking. Must possess strong leadership and listening skills and be well versed with Landlord / Tenant Laws and Fair Housing.

Job Duties :
- Prepare and oversee marketing plans
- Weekly Revenue Management Calls
- All leasing functions
- Various reporting responsibilities
- Processing renewals promptly with a high retainage
