Villa Del Mar is looking for a Maintenance Associate to undertake the responsibility of upgrading & preserving the good condition and functionality of our 325 unit community. A Maintenance Associate is a thorough professional with a practical mind, attention to detail and a strong skill set in a variety of maintenance and renovation tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain & upgrade units, grounds, and common areas in the best possible condition.
Responsibilities
- Maintain curb appeal by doing minor landscape, irrigation repairs, pressure washing buildings and sidewalks
- Daily trash valet, and ground pick up
- Assist in preparing the apartments for a new resident (painting, carpentry, minor maintenance)
- Assist Maintenance Technicians and Supervisor where ever needed.
- On call responsibilities as assigned by property manager
