National Property Management Associates, Inc. has a great opportunity for a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Project Lead to undertake the responsibility of preserving the good condition and functionality of our residential apartment communities in the Rochester, NY area.
Compensation package includes 100% rent discount for onsite apartment.
This individual will be the main point of contact for upgrades to our apartment communities and must possess the following :
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized and professional
- Sensitive to time deadlines and project budget
- Provide leadership and direction as well as work hands on with other staff members; exceptional at problem solving
- Must be highly proficient in electrical and plumbing as well as carpentry including drywall work
- Must be HVAC Certified
Additionally, this position will assist in general maintenance duties on our properties outside of project assignments.
