Midwest Territory Apartments has an excellent opportunity for a Property Management Professional to manage our 176 unit residential apartment complex. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential property management along with excellent people, managerial, supervisory, organizational and computer skills.
Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of property
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with residents
- Negotiate lease / contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
- Advertise and market vacant apartments to attract prospect
- Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
- manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends
- Oversee properties' personnel and assess their performance
- Manage and direct staff to complete service requests, make readies and to do lists
- Manage employees timesheets, time off requests, submit payroll
- Manage weekly property operation reports, monthly projections of income and expenses, process invoices, expense close out and income close out reports
- Understanding the market and competitors
Skills :
Salary : $25 per hour
