Job Description

As a Property Manager at National Property Management Associates Inc, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our 376-unit residential apartment complex. Your primary objective will be to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction, while driving revenue growth and occupancy rates.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of property, including maintenance, repairs, and customer service. You will also develop business plans that cater to customers' needs, drive revenue growth and occupancy rates, and negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner.
