National Protective Service, a multi-state contract security services firm, is seeking a dedicated and professional High-End Hotel Security Officer to join our team in providing premier security services at a luxury hotel in the vibrant Gaslamp District of San Diego. As a High-End Hotel Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of hotel staff, guests, and visitors while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality. A black suit is required.
Responsibilities:
- Warm Welcome and Assistance: Greet and assist hotel staff, guests, and visitors with a polished, professional, and friendly demeanor.
- Guest Service Excellence: Provide a welcoming presence to ensure guests feel safe and well cared for during their stay.
- VIP Escort Services: Escort high-profile guests or employees to their vehicles or designated areas upon request.
- Crowd Management: Monitor and manage guest flow during events or high-traffic periods to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Routine Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the property, including lobbies, hallways, parking areas, and other public spaces, to maintain a secure atmosphere.
- Incident Response: Respond quickly and effectively to any security incidents, emergencies, or alarms while minimizing disruption to guests and staff.
- Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience while upholding security protocols.
- Policy Adherence: Follow company policies and procedures to maintain the highest level of security, discretion, and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact confidently with guests, staff, and team members.
- Previous experience in a high-end or hospitality security setting preferred.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and in emergency situations.
- Professional appearance and demeanor; a black suit is required.
