- Work closely with IT/Systems team to provide technical support for IT, ERP, and app systems.
- Diagnose and resolve IT, ERP, and app system issues.
- Setting up and troubleshooting technical equipment such as laptops, video conferencing systems, printers, etc.
- Collaborate with IT/System department to understand the IT, ERP, and app needs.
- Train end-users on IT/ERP/App system functionalities.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT/system processes.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist in the implementation of new ERP and app modules.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.
- Provide support for IT, app, and ERP-related projects.
- Work with vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct regular system audits.
- Maintain databases (ERP, Portal, Configurator, etc.).
- Develop custom reports, dashboards and queries.
- Assist in the development of IT, app, and ERP-related policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on the latest IT, ERP technologies and trends.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer Science, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in IT / ERP system support or a similar role.
- Experience working with following environments: Windows, Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Office 365, Networks, Azure
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities.
- Basic understanding in programming and code (SQL, C#, JS).
- Proficiency in system upgrades and maintenance.
- Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools.
- Previous experience with ERP implementation projects.
- Knowledge of data integrity and security best practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to develop and maintain documentation.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
