The Customer Experience Manager will define the strategy and operations of the sales team. They will ensure the team runs efficiently and productively. This individual will help train and onboard new sales team members and make data-driven recommendations to improve the sales funnel. The Customer Experience Manager will ensure the team is accountable for hitting individual and team sales targets.

Salary : The salary range for this position, based in Valley Cottage, NY, is $120,000 to $150,000 per year. The final salary will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
