Essential Functions
- Communicate directly with clients via phone and email in a professional, yet friendly manner.
- Add new properties to existing accounts.
- Delete properties to existing accounts.
- Maintains client records by updating or changing account information.
- Resolves service problems by clarifying the client’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Resolves billing issues by working with Billing and Collections to correct account as necessary.
- Onboarding new clients.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma required, 4-year College degree preferred.
- Two or more years in a Client Service position.
- Property and Casualty License required.
- Specialized training in Insurance Continuing Education.
- Industry specific affiliations are encouraged.
- Above average skills in email and phone etiquette.
- Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office Suite.
- General knowledge of Accounting, Real Estate Investing/Transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
