We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance and Real Estate Market Researcher to join our team. This individual will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to the insurance and real estate markets. They'll understand our business objectives and strategically analyze relevant data to build on our marketing and sales initiatives.

Essential Functions
- Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities within the insurance and real estate sectors.
- Analyze industry reports, market statistics, and consumer behavior data to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities.
- Collect and compile data through various methods, including surveys, interviews, and secondary research sources.
- Monitor and report on changes in insurance policies, real estate regulations, and key economic indicators affecting both industries.
- Provide regular reports on market trends, forecasts, and potential impacts on business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, risk management, business development and product development) to provide market insights and support decision-making processes.
- Evaluate client preferences and buying behavior in both the insurance and real estate markets.
- Present research findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, including recommendations based on data analysis.
- Track and evaluate competitors’ strategies, products, and market positioning in both industries.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry news, regulatory changes, and technological innovations in insurance and real estate.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in market research, data analysis, or a similar role within the insurance or real estate industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using market research tools, databases, and statistical software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Tableau, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting research findings.
- Knowledge of insurance products, real estate trends, and regulatory environments.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Familiarity with market research platforms (e.g., Nielsen, Statista, etc.).
- Knowledge of emerging trends such as InsurTech and PropTech.
