This position would be responsible for managing our brokerage, overseeing our real estate agents, carrying out transactions involving buying, selling investment properties, and serving as a subject matter expert/investment specialist.
We are offering a competitive commission and pay structure to the individual that would serve as our Managing Broker. This position is fully remote. However, you must be located in the Metro Detroit area. Inquire to learn more.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text.
- Manage daily operations, legal compliance, and business opportunities for the office.
- Recruit, mentor, and train real estate agents.
- Educate agents on the market, compliance, and processes.
- Ensure legal compliance and Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale.
- Utilize computer technology to research available properties, as well as customers.
- Assist potential clients and agents with financial decisions concerning real estate.
- Resolve conflicts that arise during the purchase or sale of real estate property.
- Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact to the closing and beyond.
Requirements:
- Current Valid broker license
- Strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality
- "Go getter" attitude
- Self-motivated, personable, and driven by personal achievement
- Phone communication skills
