We are looking for a skilled, highly professional Sales Manager that embodies the spirit of the company. This position would be responsible for management, coaching, training for acquisitions, dispositions, and management services for investment property and would serve as a subject matter expert.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inside sales team
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, text.
- Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale.
- Utilize computer technology to research available properties, as well as customers.
- Assist potential clients with financial decisions concerning real estate.
- Resolve questions that arise during the purchase or sale of real estate property.
- Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact to the closing and beyond.
Requirements:
- Current real estate agent/broker license
- Strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality
- "Go getter" attitude
- Self-motivated, personable, and driven by personal achievement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in the real estate investment market
