About the Role

- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop financial strategies that support business expansion and operational improvements.
- Monitor financial performance metrics, identify key business opportunities, and provide recommendations for action.
- Evaluate and manage contracts, purchasing agreements, and financial commitments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Implement best practices in financial management to maintain fiscal responsibility and transparency.
- Communicate financial and operational performance metrics to key stakeholders, including executive leadership, investors, and department heads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- 4 years of leadership experience in hospital finance, serving as a Controller, Assistant CFO, or VP of Finance.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare financial regulations, reimbursement methodologies, and budget management.
- CPA certification preferred.
