We are a leading water and fire damage restoration company, with locations across New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. We are looking for a motivated Accounts Receivable & Assistant Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. You will be working with our Seasoned Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and payments in Quickbooks Online.
- Assist with bookkeeping, including data entry, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records.
- Handle customer billing inquiries and payment collections.
- Support the finance team with monthly reporting and closing tasks.
- Support the management team with project management software
- Answer Phone calls and assist with new project intake and call transfers.
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounts receivable and bookkeeping (3 years preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and customer service experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.20 - $27.94 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
