Our Product Photographer is passionate about the western lifestyle. The ideal candidate is driven, enthusiastic, and excited about collaborating with the team and knowledgeable in the world of photography. Your passion for detail and aesthetics allows you to creatively implement new compositions for the products you are shooting. You are efficient with your time and you effectively communicate with your peers. You work well with deadlines and have the technical skills to create a beautiful picture! You value the diverse skills of a team to learn and grow from one another.

This position is full time, on-site in Decatur, Texas.

Duties:

· Analyze and plan composition of photographs; come up with creative ideas for product shoots

· Photographs CWM product (studies, lifestyle, home, etc.) capturing a realistic image of the item in a multitude of different ‘shots’

· Edits all images to create a cohesive aesthetic across the brand

· Uploads content to Dropbox, server or SmugMug to be used across different platforms

· Makes any changes or edits to photographs needed after presenting

· Manages studio time and models needed for content and special photoshoots

· Sources props that will enhance the product

· Stays up to date with the latest image editing software

· Other duties as assigned.

Skills:

· Experience working as a Product Photographer, Photographer, or a similar role in Media industry

· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop for high-quality digital and print artwork, color accuracy, and production file preparation

· Familiar with CaptureOne or ability to learn

· Comfortably with independent and collaborative work.

· Knowledge of photography elements (focus, composition, exposure, etc.).

· Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Organization skills, ability to multi-task

· Self-motivated and able to work independently

· Experience in working in fast pace work environments with possible same day deadlines.

· Proficiency in quality editing using Photoshop

· Ability to shoot and edit for multiple brands with different aesthetics

· Familiar with using photography equipment such as a camera, tripod, reflectors, lighting, backgrounds, and additional accessories

· An attractive portfolio of past work with in-studio product, lifestyle product and/or western lifestyle imagery will be an advantage

· Formal education in photography is not required for this position depending on the skills and experience of the individual candidate
