- Produce specified product to required specifications using proper methods
- Operate equipment safely and utilize methods to ensure safe operation
- Inspect work to ensure that the machine is operating correctly, and that each product is made according to specifications
- Adhere to company quality standards and procedures
- Contact supervisor as needed
- Strive for perfect attendance. Ensure attendance points do not exceed those allowed in the attendance policy
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with leaders and peers.
- Maintain a positive outlook and a high level of enthusiasm.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
Qualifications:
- Education & Certifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience: 1 year in a manufacturing environment preferred
