Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in public speaking, effective classroom discussion leadership, and handling diverse groups of students. A background in sociology, psychology, counseling, or education is preferred. You must also possess strong communication skills and be able to deal with unexpected difficulties such as equipment failures, facility issues, and disruptions to class.
