- Investigate and document accidents, near-misses, and safety violations.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to prevent future incidents.
- Prepare and submit safety reports to company leadership and clients.
- Conduct safety orientations for new workers on-site.
- Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and emergency response drills.
- Ensure that all personnel use proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and follow safety protocols.
- Serve as the primary safety representative for the company on assigned projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and field workers to promote a culture of safety.
- Assist with site audits, client inspections, and regulatory compliance checks.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Safety Manager in construction, data centers, or similar projects.
- OSHA 30 and OSHA 510 certifications required (OSHA 500 preferred).
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations.
- Experience working in both indoor and outdoor construction environments.
- Ability to analyze risks, develop safety plans, and enforce site safety procedures.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor workers.
