How can the Facilities Maintenance Technician make an impact and improve our team?

• Take charge of all general repairs and preventative maintenance of both equipment and buildings throughout Company facilities
• Discover the wideopen road by driving to and from designated company office locations to perform general repairs and/or preventative maintenance
• Organize and help us move equipment and supplies to and from locations
• Take the lead on all pickups and deliveries as requested by management
• We need someone willing to learn and perform miscellaneous general office equipment maintenance
• Enjoys a variety of duties such as minor drywall repairs, painting, replacing ceiling tiles and repair and more.
• Lend a helping hand with other related duties as assigned by management
• Enjoy getting a little exercise and building muscle? At work you will frequently lift and/or carry equipment, supplies, and other materials that may weigh up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50 pounds.
• REQUIRED: High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 23 years related experience in general facilities maintenance work.
• Basic computer skills such as Word, Excel, Email, and Slack
• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary.
• Ability to work early in the morning or overtime as needed.
• Selfstarter who figures out what needs to be done and ensures productivity with minimal supervision.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
