Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth business functions and top-tier customer service.
- Lead and develop the team by training, mentoring, and supporting employees to improve overall performance.
- Manage inventory and supply levels, oversee replenishment, and ensure the store remains organized and efficient.
- Handle customer interactions, resolve concerns, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and efficiency.
- Assist with store marketing efforts, including local business outreach, promotions, and community engagement.
- Ensure accurate transaction handling and manage cash flow.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to secure the best pricing while maintaining quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Retail or service-based management experience required (minimum 2 years in a leadership role).
- Strong leadership and training abilities with the ability to motivate, coach, and grow a team.
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for creating positive shopping experiences.
