Regional Manager

We are looking for a self-directed leader with a growth mindset to take ownership of our Western Region. Based out of our Denver office the Regional manager will oversee customers and projects in our Phoenix, AZ and Denver, CO offices. Our Regional Manager will need to spend time in all regional offices, but will primarily work from the Denver division.

Our hands-on training will allow you to learn all aspects of NSP, so you can understand each facet of the business and begin to think strategically for the region. This leader must have high emotional intelligence, the ability to build strong relationships, grit, energy, attention to detail, and a strong passion to see the business succeed.

The Regional Manager is responsible for customer retention, financial health and team leadership for both divisions in the Western Region.

COMPENSATION: $80,000 base salary $1,000-$3,500 bonus each month
