National Sinus Institute is looking to add a full time Medical Assistant to our busy Hondo clinic. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, while meeting the needs of our Ear, Nose and Throat specialty providers. Our practice is growing quickly so there is opportunity to advance within the company. We offer medical benefits and paid time off.
The job duties include:
- Rooming patients and taking vitals.
- Documenting patient records.
- Assisting with the in-office procedures and surgeries.
- Manage patients receiving allergy immunotherapy.
- Workings with insurance companies to obtain prior authorizations.
- Must work well with different providers.
- Greet patients, take insurance information and answer phones.
- Some travel to our other local clinics may be required.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) diploma is preferred, but not required.
Bi-lingual is preferred but not required
Salary is based on experience.
