Whether you’ve just passed your BCBA exam or bring years of experience, this role offers a chance to provide life-changing support to families throughout Montgomery County, MD, and Washington, DC.
Your Role at a Glance:
- Hours & Location: Deliver services during evenings and weekends, working with clients across Montgomery County, MD.
- Caseload: Manage a caseload of 2-3 families, with 1-3 weeks to build up your full schedule.
What You'll Do:
- Program Development & Management: Design and oversee individualized skill-building and behavior programs for your clients.
- Behavioral Interventions: Create and implement positive behavior support plans, customized to each child's unique needs.
- Parent & Caregiver Support: Provide regular training and guidance to families, empowering them to play a pivotal role in their child's progress.
- Direct Client Services: Offer direct services to clients, ensuring at least 5-10 billable hours per week.
- Supervision & Support: Supervise RBTs and Behavior Technicians, ensuring treatment plans are followed with care and ABA principles are adhered to.
- Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct assessments such as VB-MAPP to shape targeted treatment plans.
- Documentation & Reporting: Complete accurate clinical documentation, from progress notes to evaluation reports.
- Consultation & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Directors and provide consultations as needed to maintain high-quality, consistent services.
What We’re Looking For:
- BCBA Certification: You must hold a current BCBA certification and state LBA licensure.
- Team Player: Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment.
- Transportation Ready: Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance for travel are a must.
- Experience: Prior experience in ABA services, including in-home or clinic-based settings, is required.
