We are seeking a Full-Time Pediatric Speech-Language Therapist who thrives on making a difference in the lives of children and their families. Your Role:
As a valued member of our team, you’ll provide top-quality speech-language therapy to pediatric clients in various settings. Whether you're working in our clinic or meeting children in their natural environments, such as schools, daycares, or homes, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: I am available between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., with a typical workday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Varied Locations: You’ll experience a mix of clinic-based therapy and sessions in natural environments (schools, daycares, or in-home).
- Caseload: Expect to build a manageable caseload within 2-4 weeks.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.
- Provide evidence-based therapy interventions that help children achieve their communication goals.
- Monitor and document progress to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
- Empower families by educating them about the therapy process and strategies to support their child's development.
- Ensure professional compliance with all standards and regulations.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Licensured in Washington, DC, or the willingness to obtain prior to employment.
- Mayrland or Virginia Licensure are a plus. and Maryland.

- Preferred qualifications:
- Bilingual abilities are a great advantage.
- Experience in early intervention.
- Skills working with AAC, ASD, and feeding challenges.
- A knack for communication and teamwork
