Facility Supervisor staff helps oversee facility operations, coordinates facility changeovers, and assists customers and user groups while interacting across a variety of departments!
Assignment: NSC Facilities
Reports to: Assistant Operations Manager - Facilities & Events
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages day-to-day operations of facilities and events
- Fulfills campus logistics requests
- Assists with event set-up and tear-down
- Hands-on operational support
- Coordinates facility changeovers and user group requests
- Oversees Facility Attendants
- Communicates facility needs through appropriate channels
- Ensures safety by maintaining cleanliness and organization of facilities
- Other duties as assigned
Work Environment:
- Anticipate working within a dynamic and physically demanding environment characterized by rapid pace
- May involve lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds, frequent outdoor shifts, and exposure to sizable crowds during events
- Requires extensive collaboration among team members where employees will work collectively to fulfill job duties and responsibilities
- Must be 16 years or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Highly flexible to a changing and dynamic work environment
- Ability to collaborate in a team setting
